Aplicas al internship de verano vía Linkedn, después te confirman por mail. La primera etapa fue hacer examanes psicometricos. Después tuve dos entrevistas. La primera fue con el de RH simplemente querían conocer más de mi perfil, mis fortalezas y cómo pudiera ser de valor a la empresa. Después la segunda fue con ya los posibles jefes, donde también preguntaban por ciertas habilidades. Todo el proceso fue muy ameno, y aunque no haya quedado, fueron todos muy amables.

¿Porqué te interesa trabajar en Baker y cómo se alinea tu perfil?
Took the essay and then took the 20-minute interview. There were around 10 interviewers. The mood was not quite pressuring. All the interviewers were energetic. The interview was mainly in Thai. Plus, the interviewers were straightforward in their sayings.

Why are you interested in interning in Dispute Resolution?
Video interview was very fast paced, highly recommend keeping answers concise and answering the question in the first sentence. There is a timer that counts down as soon as you start answering which can add pressure.
It was relatively straightforward and easy interview, asked about my electives, my interests, future career prospects, and which team i would like to join. Also asked about why i want to study law, and other general questions. Friendly and kind staff
