Applied through career portal at college, HR screening interview (phone), preliminary interview (phone with senior manager), in office interview (experienced manager, partner). All interviews were behavioral, except for one nonspecific/easy case question (listed below).

If you had to estimate how many shoes there were in the United States, how would you do it without any outside resources? (This was the only non-behavioral question.)

The entire interview process was conversational and not too challenging. Was asked all behavioral questions or questions related to my resume or transcript. The interview was a total of 30 minutes.
