I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Baker Tilly
Interview
There were three interviews with three different managers. Pretty basic, nothing too out of the line. It is more of a free-flowing conversation that you bild yourself. The people were very nice and enthusiastic.
We met in their office in downtown Chicago. The interviewers were very pleasant and we got along well. They asked about some times I had to solve difficult situations in college.

Interview
There were two rounds in the interview process. The first round was on campus or over the phone if a person could not make it to the on-campus interview. After the first round, if you make it to the second round than you get an invite to the office to get interviewed by senior managers and meet some staff as well.
