Balmoral Group interview questions

Went for an in person interview in Aberdeen months off and never heard back. Spent ages preparing and then answered the questions well. Chased the internal HR/recruitment team by phone and they fobbed me off, as well as a polite email which was ignored. Would have thought a business as large as Balmoral would be much more professional than this.
