I applied online. I interviewed at Baltimore City Public School System
I was unable to get through the system because the hiring process took so long. I found another school system without as long of a wait. This seemed like a meaningful role and opportunity though to make a difference where needed.
- Why are you interested in this position?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. I interviewed at Baltimore City Public School System
Extensive interview process which began with HR representative then expanded to a wider team Zoom call. The interview process progressed as far as asking the "finalists" to create a video in less than 3 days with specific criteria on messaging and design. After investing significant time and effort on the interview process, City Schools never extended a courtesy call/email to indicate status of the position, and never responded to follow-up emails.

The first interview was with a curriculum department, which was relatively painless if you have experience. The next round was interviewing with the possible school locations. This was more challenging depending on the number of interviewees.

Fairly straight forward, I attended a hiring fair that took place a Digital Harbor High School in Baltimore, MD. There were quite a few tables set up with multiple principals, teachers, AP's, and other school based personnel. People had the choice of what table to attend.
