Interview process is normal. the most important it is to be punctual and wear smart clothes but you must to be relaxed and confident about your skills. You will have 3 or 4 interviews : 2 with a psychology and one test you need write about your laboral experience and why do you think you are a good candidate and, the other test it is a conversation with the psychology. Last interview you will meet with "your boss".
