Interview
First you would take an exam, abstract reasoning. It's very easy, next comes the essay part asking what your greatest qualities are and why they should hire you. This is, of course, for the non-business courses. After answering, they would ask for you to sit on the waiting area, and wait for your turn to be interviewed, meanwhile the business course related takes another exam.

Initial interview then theoretical and mathematical exam. If you passed, you will get an email from HR to have your final interview. You will then have to open an account for your payroll and can start working.
