Interview
First you got a screening interview followed by 4 quick tests on logical thinking, English level, mathematical reasoning and behavioral test.
Then there are 3 more interviews with the team principal and manager,

How many guitars are in your town? Provide an example of how would you calculate that.
Really interesting and insightful process. Quite long. First we had to make an online application, then based on this first contact they would make you do 2 tests, afterwards a phonecall to discuss the position. Later 2 more test, after a practical challenge.
