Interview
I only did two rounds - first round is HR round, followed by a "technical interview". Experience with recruiter was great - they were great to chat with and provided updates and followed up with me - so props to that. However, the so-called "technical interview" covered everything except anything related to your technical skills. The CTO basically asked the same questions that the recruiter asked, and it was almost the same process as the first HR round, and proceeds to reject the application. Seems really weird.

Interview
It was great! The interviewer was really technical and I took away a lot of lessons from it. It is great to talk about software craftmanship with like minded engineers.

Question 1
Why did you approach the problem in the way you did?
1st round HR went well. HR was nice and courteous. 2nd round tech interview. It felt like an interrogation where I was grilled on every topic. The questions asked were vague but the interviewer is not open to answers that deviate from what they have in mind.
