I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Banfield Pet Hospital (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2016
Interview
Was called for a phone interview the day after applying online, and told that they would call me back if they decided to continue pursuing me as a candidate. They called me back a week later to set up an in person interview and working interview. The in person interview lasted an hour and was tiring but I enjoyed that they wanted to get to know me better, asked personality questions and questions about my past work. The working interview was fun and interesting to see how they work as compared to where I've worked previously. I was not offered a position but still had a positive experience. I would love to work for them in the future.

Interview
The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.

Interview
The interview was conducted by both a hospital manager and veterinarian. The questions seemed pretty standard for this position. All in all a straightforward interview. The employees there seemed content.

My manager was super nice and responsive when it came to the hiring process. I went from application to hired in less than a week. Great experience. Would recommend to others if they love animals
