In company break room, with medical director and regional manager. Was very casual and relaxed and the whole interview took about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Several of the questions are situation based (i.e. tell me about a time when...)

Two parts. After the application, you get contacted by a recruiter for a screening interview with the recruiter followed by a 45-minute video call interview with the hiring manager. You can also visit the hospital. It was straightforward; no problematic questions were asked.
