Interview
There was a written exam where they gave you options on the topics. After that, they will call you to the face-to-face interview room when it is your turn. If I'm not mistaken there were five tables set up with two interviewers at each table. So, you the room is open with other on-going interviews.

Had to write an essay on the spot within 20 minutes then proceed for IV with 2 panels. IV done in a big hall. Tea/refreshment provided. Staff are nice. IV in English.
