Interview
It was a friendly and very much down to earth conversation with the head of HR which followed with an interview with CEO and deputy CEO of the bank. They clearly outlined the tasks and challenges as well as requesting to hear the possible strategies I may like to implement.

I had to have a strong and motivated self esteem in order to deal with the work environment itself.I had to be confident and able to deal with all kinds of tasks which were required.I had to sound very professional when answering the telephone I had to behave in a very professional manner so that as part of the company I send the correct message across.
