Online video interview questions are basic interview questions (CV-based questions, challenges, introduction, etc.). The Assessment Centre consists of group case discussion, role-play, and individual presentation and lasted for half a day in their Head Office in Jakarta. The panel interview was done by the CEO and senior managers. Overall, the process was very well-managed and professionally done.

Assessment centre contain FGD, role-play, HR interview, and e-tray exercise. I think I did well in FGD, HR interview, and e-tray exercise, but not so sure about the role-play since that was my first time to go through role-play. And as the result I failed in this stage. They didn't give information to those who failed the process, but asking us to fill a survey instead. Kind of giving me a false hope.
