Two round interview with a psychometric test in between the two rounds.
First interview was a competency based panel interview. Second interview they had me prepare a short presentation, followed by some technical questions.
Overall a straightforward process, but not a fan of the psychometric test. I was assured it wasn't used to sift people out, but didn't like doing it.

2 stages. Psychometric test to complete before second stage. This was clearly used not just to establish working styles and profiles. Having been rejected I was told that I could ask for feedback. I did this but none was forthcoming.
