Bank Workers Charity interview questions

Two round interview with a psychometric test in between the two rounds. First interview was a competency based panel interview. Second interview they had me prepare a short presentation, followed by some technical questions. Overall a straightforward process, but not a fan of the psychometric test. I was assured it wasn't used to sift people out, but didn't like doing it.
