Graduate programme, intense, but it seemed like a fair process to find the best talent. The assessors were really cool & the process was quite smooth as a whole. Intense graduate programme, but a fair process to find top talent. Assessors were supportive, and the overall experience was smooth.
CV and cover letter, online tests, recorded interview. For the recorded interview the questions were sent in advance. Can't share those but they were basic questions about yourself, interest in the position etc.
In the final interview I went through 2 stages including group and individual. For group we were given a case to solve together where u showcase your teamwork and leadership, then individual interview was more about what you know about the bank and the stream specific ones
