Bankers Financial interview questions

After a great initial interview call, and told I’ll be getting an invite to get on the hiring managers calendar. 2 weeks I follow up with HR, told they are backed up will happen. Another 10 days goes by I call only to be told the position was filled. Common decency would dictate at least a letter/ email telling me this. The communication is terrible. What happened to standard business etiquette.

Received call within a week of applying. Interviewer was informative and descriptive about the role. The medical, dental and 401k benefits was generous as well as the time off package.
