Found this job on StackOverflow and decided to apply because the job requirements fit perfectly with my skill set. Got an email from the CTO few days after I applied and scheduled for phone interview. After the phone interview scheduled an on site interview. Got response two days after on site interview. Overall the process was very smooth pleasant and interview questions were very reasonable.
