I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Banner Health (Sun City West, AZ) in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview was easy. First talked with a recruiter who mostly just wanted to know about previous experience and confirm information in my resume. Then had an interview with the floor manager. Questions were pretty simple and straightforward.

Fairly simple, met with the associate directors of the unit and answered the printed-out interview questions about the core values of the hospital. Then talked about the unit, scheduling, and then they answered my questions. Around a 30-minute interview process.

I came from a different state, so I filled out the application online, and was contacted by a recruiter for the first interview. I moved on to the next stage, and had a video interview with the managers of the department. They asked the basic STAR questions.
