Previous experience, reason for applying and interest
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bannerflow (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Apr 2024
Interview
I had a screening call first, then I had an interview with the head of product and talent acquisition in their office. Where they introduced themselves and presented the product with a short presentation. I was given the chance to introduce myself and ask questions. I was told they would reach out the week after the interview to let me know if I would move to the next step. I was never contacted and had to email them to ask if I was still a viable candidate. After my email, they replied with a generic message stipulating I didn't match the role expectations without indicating specifically why. I requested some feedback hoping I could learn something from the experience but they didn't respond to my email.
