They want people who have experience in high-volume restaurants and have A LOT of beer knowledge. You don't need to be cicerone certified but you need to be able to express your love for beer.

What's your favorite beer and why?
A guest doesn't like beer that is hoppy or chocolate-forward, but likes light beer with a lot of flavor, what are some examples of beer or beer styles you would recommend?
Very easy. Simple questions. Brief and to the point. dress code was casual. Managers are easy going. Employees seem unhappy with pay received since they opened. Kind of unsure if I want to accept the offer
