Easy, but comprehensive, met with multiple people at multiple different levels of management. Had about five interviews, last interview was cancelled due to conflict or schedule. Would interview again if offered the chance.

Applied then over 2 months later received "Great news! You have made it to next step. Please complete the survey -Allow yourself 50- 60 mins." This consisted of several lengthy questions + salary expectation question. This was followed by crickets. This is actually the 2nd company that I felt I was interviewing in writing. Barilla is supposed to be this Family ran company - they made the interview process COLD, impersonal and uninviting.
