I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Baring Asset Management (London, England) in Feb 2014
Interview
3 interviews. One with line manager, one with department head and one with HR. First was with line manager and was roughly an hour. Went through my CV and asked for relevant experience. Next was asked to meet with HR who ran through my cv again. Lastly met the department head, meeting was only about 30 minutes and they wanted to know my future aims etc.
