I had a phone screen. The recruiter was very friendly and the interview was a productive conversation about the company, the opportunity and learning about my background and experience. While I didn't move past the phone screen, I did receive a thoughtful follow up from the recruiter explaining why they chose to move forward with other candidates for the role.
