I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Barnes Distribution (Cleveland, OH) in Jan 2011
Interview
Very complete and great questions asked. I felt like they were very clear on expectations and roles and responsibilities. They gave a great explanation on their company culture, etc. The interview went average length. They also ask what you know about their company, their line of work, what you liked and didn't like about their website.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Barnes Distribution
Interview
The interview process was very relaxed. The manager came to me and explained the position. It was almost like I was being sold the position. It was a great experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Barnes Distribution
Interview
I was called from a recruiting representative out of nowhere. We set up a time to have a phone conversation. He emailed me all of the information on the job before the interview so that I could see I would be interested in the position. I spoke with him for about an hour answering all of his questions and then he answered all of my questions I had about the job (salary, benefits, promotion, training). The next step was an interview with the District Manager who decides if they want to hire you or not and will be your direct boss.
