Barnes Distribution interview questions

The interview process was very relaxed. The manager came to me and explained the position. It was almost like I was being sold the position. It was a great experience.

I was called from a recruiting representative out of nowhere. We set up a time to have a phone conversation. He emailed me all of the information on the job before the interview so that I could see I would be interested in the position. I spoke with him for about an hour answering all of his questions and then he answered all of my questions I had about the job (salary, benefits, promotion, training). The next step was an interview with the District Manager who decides if they want to hire you or not and will be your direct boss.
