Absolute joke. A recruiter from RH reached out about a Division Controller role for IGS in Romeoville. I went through their cumbersome and lengthy process to find that on the third interview they wanted to have atleast 3 more interviews and a presentation. I promptly withdrew. Upon learning from the recruiter that this unnecessary process was being driven by the IGS leadership team and not the HR team, I called them directly to see if they wanted me to continue to participate in a streamlined interview. They declined and the HR imbecile's from AS Raymond, who were representing IGS, advised my recruiter that I was no longer being considered. A-ok with me! This is a company that is getting worked right now because a large part of their business services aerospace. No decent candidate is going to site through 6-7 interviews to be a controller for a $16m division. Get over yourself. Barnes isn't a top tier employer and the only reason I showed any interest, admist all of the red flags, is because my father worked there before and I thought it'd be neat to work for them as well. However, I'm sure my father would probably give them a 1 star rating for his time there too.
