the application process was straightforward and entirely online. After submitting my resume and answering some basic questions about my availability and experience, I received an invitation to schedule an interview within a week.
the interview was conducted in-person at the store. It was a one-on-one interview with the store manager, who was very friendly and approachable. The environment was relaxed, which helped ease any initial nervousness.
the interview covered a range of topics, including my previous experience in retail and customer service, my ability to handle busy environments, and how I would prioritize tasks in a dual cashier and barista role. They also asked about my familiarity with coffee preparation and how I would ensure a positive customer experience. Some behavioral questions were included, such as how I handle difficult customers or resolve conflicts.

It was a pretty straight forward easy interview process. The interviewer (GM and Head Barista) were kind and explained how the daily process of the position as well as salary expectations. You can tell that it was positive work environment from their attitudes towards the role.
