Applied online just before the closing date, invited for an in-person interview, but never received the promised reference link despite being told it would be sent. Told I will be notified ether way

Last 1 hour with several questions. No technical questions. That were the most important. Soft skills and behaviour investigation, did not feel welcomed and important, looked like the manager did not care about team at all
