Interview
1.5hr of conversation-based interview.
Questions about your past experience, stuff you do at work and home. A few fairly easy (for every Linux/Unix geek) technical questions about Linux, shell scripting, cloud computing, networking, common technologies and databases. Around 30 minutes of whiteboard architecture talk - this aims to prove you are able to work around a specific problem, propose a solution and implementation, generally speaking guys are trying to know "are we able to do stuff together".

Interview
The interview process was quite unique and my overall experience is positive. For other candidates I can recommend to hardly learn linux kernel internals. This process gave me princeless feedback how to improve my knowledge and this is a huge advantage. Feedback was given within 10 minutes after the interview.
