Overall, it was a pretty simple and easy process. The first step was going through my portfolio and answering the usual set of basic questions about experience, skills, and background. From there, I went through multiple interviews with different department heads, each focused on getting a sense of my design approach, how I handle feedback, and whether I would be a good fit for the team. The conversations were professional but relaxed, which made it easier to talk through my work and thought process. After the interviews wrapped up, it took about a week for them to make their final decision and get back to me.
