They have regular job fairs. You arrive (any time between 11am -7pm for me), hand in your resume and answer some general questions-- Can you lift 50 lbs? Can you use a forklift or pallet jack? What's your availability? What's your favorite outdoor activity? You sit with all the other candidates and wait to be called for an interview. Then you get taken to their lunch room where other candidates are simultaneously getting interviewed.
