The 1st round: quick math calculation.
The 2nd round: take-home assessment. Some questions are hard to answer with single prompt of LLM, so it needs independent thinking.
The 3rd & 4th round are technical interview, including live coding and deep dive for resume, also some stress test

Online maths test of 10 minutes live on a teams meeting with calculator, then one on one maths interview about 30 mins long. This was general statistics and probability questions.

I was asked not to use paper and pen (to do all the calculations in mind). Then I was given some some mental maths and probabilistic brainteasers. Overall it was 25 minutes and I never heard back from them.
