6 people, seemed a bit overkill for an admin role. At least 15 qs, was there over 1 hour. I liked the other admins but wasn’t keen on the manager which is very important to me in my decision to take a job. Can tell they were hit hard by Covid due to garden and staff. Also was concerned (and thankful) for what I read on Glassdoor about no raise increases, president, faculty, and mngmt. The building is old, has leaks, has no AC and I run hot.

Question 1
Things you liked most about past manager and the least. Type of humor and tell us a joke. What irritates you about others. How would this position help you with your goals.
Good interview process, I think I had 2-3 virtual interviews and was offered the job. You first have a phone call interview, virtual interview with your manager, then a combined interview with manager and the higher ups. Good company to work for.
