Interviewers did not sound sincere, but using candidates to fulfill their procedure. During the interview, the interviews did not show that they read candidate cv thoroughly and didn't ask an question based on candidate's experience but mostly formal questions which made you feel distanced from them.

Polite, professional, encouraging. Overall the interview was pleasant and staff interviewing were easy to become comfortable with. I did not find it as intimidating as other interviews I have attended and found the demeanor of the staff there welcoming
