I applied online via Indeed. I was called the next day and asked to come into a face to face interview. I was asked very basic questions about previous experience and the entire interview after that was very conversational and pleasant with the recruiter. Though I wish he would have stressed that it's more of a sales position than just Customer service.

Very relaxed and casual. Hiring manager was very nice. Minimal waiting. Hiring manager described the process of setting leads and how you get bonuses/raises. Seemed that he was a bit untruthful about how leads are set (was promised that we are ONLY calling people who are interested), but I'm sure part of his job is to really try to sell the job.
