I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (North Olmsted, OH) in Oct 2012
Interview
I printed out an application online, filled it out, and went to the store to speak to the hiring manager in person. I introduced myself and handed my application in to the hiring manager. He looked my application over, paying attention to a few certain fields and asked me if I have ever had any retail experience. He was very kind and understand when I told him that I was applying for my first job and set up an interview with me right away. During the interview, I was asked the usual BBW questions. It was only me and the hiring manager there as opposed to a group interviews (thank God!). I've yet to hear from BBW if I got the job or not.
