I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Raleigh, NC) in Jun 2013
Interview
Group interview of six potential hires, myself included, and two store managers. Simple town hall forum where general work experience questions are asked and it is up to the individual to speak up and respond-no order or direct individual questions. We were also asked prior to taking a seat to select a product from the sales floor and later sell the product to a fellow interviewee.
It was a group interview of 3 people. The manager was very nice and friendly, and made the interview process enjoyable. It felt more of a conversation than an interview. All of the interviewees got an offer.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2021
Interview
The interview process was easy, they'll ask you what makes you a good fit for the job and can you demonstrate a product. Make sure you have a personality and you're able to sell consistently on the sales floor.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works
Interview
It was within a group. All of the women there were mostly just interviewing to be an associate. They asked about us, our background, something negative about ourselves and our favorite product.
