Interview
When I got there we were asked to pick an in-store product to bring in the interview. It was a group interview of 4 candidates (supposed to be 5) by the manager and assistant manager. They asked very textbook questions like, tell me about yourself, strength/weakness, and relatable situational examples. The last question was to describe the product as if we were selling to a customer. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.

Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
