I had a phone interview at first and then an in person interview with two managers and a Lead. Asked me to sell something in the room. Was a pretty laid back but professional interview.
Group interview, asked if I had experience, what products I liked, etc
Was with around 6 other girls, sat in a circle with us taking turns answering questions. Around 15 minutes, we were all hired
