Participated in group interview and if you know customer service, should be no problem. Company is Customer First. It is helpful to go into the store before hand and listen to an associate as the interact with customers. Browse the products and pick out your favorite. You may be asked which one you like best.

Interview process was fairly easy. For the sales associate position it was a group interview and the Sales Lead interview was an individual interview with the store manager and the district manager. Both interviews were very welcoming and the questions were fair.
