Telephone interview after initial contact by IM. Interviewer was gracious and clear and was not perturbed when my dog started barking and I had to interrupt the interview to calm her. He was informative and encouraged me to be frank about my requirements, limitations, and preferences.

Asked about my experience in my field. Everything was done over the phone. I spoke with HR and then a PM before I was notified via email that I was offered the position.
