Two rounds. First with Account Managers, Previous interns, and Social media specialist. 2nd round with President. Talks mainly about previous experience and your relationship with the entertainment industry. You also need to submit a portfolio — if you do not have one, you must make a mock portfolio as well as a “why hire me” video.

It was very casual and friendly. They are good people who are passionate about their work, and who want to get to know if your experiences and interests truly align.
