2 interviews. one with store manger and one with GM. You have to complete a lot of paperwork. After you have made it past interview, you have to go through weeks off training.

Interview
The process took 2 interviews. First was with the front of the house manager and second was with the General Manager. I filled my app online, then they called me in the store to come to fill out an app in the store. Then the interview questions were in the application booklet that you fill out.

It was unexpectedly long, probably 1-2 hours long. I spoke with management for quite some time. Then took a few tests. One included looking at the menu and then the interviewer asked questions about specific items.
