The interview process was very easy and flow-y. It constituted mainly of general questions asked by the training manager. The questions constituted of questions about my background, education, ambition, goals, and expectations.

Submitted resume through a mutual friend who was an employee. Got a brief phone interview then a follow up in person interview. Got a call back with offer after a week, it was their busy season.
