BaxterStorey interview questions

The process was messy, interviewer kept me waiting a long time. She did not really ask me questions but rather just made statements about the role and the company so selling myself was impossible. Interviewer told me that the company wasn’t really bothered by performance and that the job was low effort. It was not a good experience. Management need training on how to conduct themself and how to conduct a basic interview.
