The interview process was structured and engaging. I was interviewed by three people — the Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Area Manager. Each brought a different perspective, which gave me a well-rounded understanding of the team dynamics and the role itself. They asked thoughtful questions and also gave me insight into the company’s projects and expectations. Overall, it felt like a collaborative and professional experience.
