I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BayCare Health System
Interview
Extremely long and grueling interview process. I had 3 separate interviews where they rapid fire questions and scenarios. It was very intimidating. They were very professional through out the interview, but not very personable. Lots of questions starting with "Tell me about a time that you did this..." or "Tell me when you have been put in this situation and what you did to resolve it..."

Question 1

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at BayCare Health System
Interview
Two person interview, it seemed like good cop / bad cop. They asked tons of questions off of a piece of paper. Some I felt like there was no good answer to and they just wanted to see how you acted under pressure. They were very professional looking and acting, rarely smiling. They expected me to give a list of all past employers and exact employment dates for the past 10 years off the top of my head. It was all very intense and grueling. I was very surprised to find out that I got the job.

Question 1
Tell me what you would do if you thought that your superior wasn't doing their job the way you think is right.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BayCare Health System (Dunedin, FL) in Feb 2013
Interview
Phone interview that was very easy. They ask very general questions and are very nice. Then there is an in person interview with a panel of interviewers. They were not very friendly and asked a lot of questions off of a sheet of paper. They asked questions that I didn't have answers for because I had never worked as a nurse before. I thought that was strange. Although the interview didn't seem to go well I got the job.
