After pursuing me for months, they scheduled 7 AM interviews to accommodate European interviewers. The scheduling of interviews was a nightmare. They asked for dates weeks in advance, then sent notification about the interviews with less than 12 hours notice forcing me to move existing meetings. The job required extensive international travel, but required me to be in a US office when I wasn't traveling. That told me the director was a micromanager and overly obsessed with controlling his team. After 4 rounds of interviews I was told they would let me know about next steps very soon. That was 5 months ago. I have heard nothing. Not sour grapes, but I would not have accepted the role.
