The interview process is now on-line over Microsoft Teams. There were 3 one-hour interviews, each with two people doing the interviewing. Interviews began with introductions and small talk, and then moved to the questions, which were the typical behavioral type. "Tell me about a time that you... " After answering each questions, they asked follow-up, "probing" questions. At the end of the hour they asked if I had any questions. (Tip: They like it if you ask a lot of questions about the position, especially about work-life balance.)
