      Head Quality Interview

      7 Jun 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bayer in Apr 2021

      Interview

Old school Behavior Based/Competency Based Interviews. No surprising questions. There was no real introduction into the role/ background nor team. Almost no forward looking questions where asked and there was only limited time for the interviewee to ask questions at the end and get into a dialogue (esp with the hiring manager). After 3 Interview sessions (with 2 interviewers each) an „Assessement Center“ took place i.e. one technical operational case study (stability data, technical transfer, validation, CMOs - 50 min preparation time) + an employee conversation (i. e. convince someone on site to provide data and find out about issues for delays - 30 min prep time). The whole process took place via MS Team.
